Once your deposit is received, you will receive an email (within 24 hours) providing you with info about your accommodation.

Upon selecting your room, you will be given the balance owing, which can be paid in instalments or in full.

Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to the event.

Your deposit of $400 will secure your spot and will be allocated to your total cost.
If for any reason you are not able to attend, we will do our best to transfer your spot to someone else to help you get your refund.
