Yoga Practice

If so, my 60-minute yoga sessions consist of a well-balanced and complete yoga practice.  Choose 30 Days or Ongoing Classes.   We will be working on all major body parts to help you to increase your flexibility, improve your range of motion, improve sleep, tighten and tone your body and reduce stress.

And you can do this right from the comfort of your own home.

​

Throughout our time together, we will indulge in invigorating full-body flows and explore many yoga postures and fundamental principles of yoga.

​

We will practice mindful movement and slow flow sequences designed to help you release and let go of excess stress, as well as gain strength and flexibility.

​

Slow things down in restorative poses that gives the body the opportunity to tap into the healing potential of breath work and stillness of the body.

​

Whether you’re a beginner or intermediate, I will guide you through a safe practice aimed at helping you to achieve all your wellness and fitness goals while making you more mindful, balanced and healthy.
