About

The benefits of yoga are endless and stretching your body is imperative to your health.   Join me in this 8 week series yoga and stretching sessions, designed to help tone and strengthen all the major muscle groups, enhancing your stamina and flexibility as well as improve your posture and balance.

THE PLAN

This 8 Week Yoga Series will combine classes for all levels:

 

Gentle Flow and Alignment ~ Flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance and flexibility. These classes will end with an extended period of relaxation.

 

Energizing Flow (Firm and Tone Yoga) ~ Practicing poses that firm, tone and strengthen your entire body.  Incorporating breath work and pushing the body to relieve tension, gain flexibility, increase energy, ease sore muscles and decrease stress. Great for beginner or intermediate.

 

Together  we combine yoga+ stretching  with mindful movements to enhance and de-stress your body as well as calm your mind.

Deep Stretch

 

Combine deep stretching with breath work and guided meditation

 

Sometimes you have to slow down the body and mind as you focus on the soothing and restorative qualities of the breath.

 

During these stretching sessions, we will move through asanas (poses) designed to help you to relax and lengthen the body while relieving stress and tension.

Flow & Stretch

 

These class combines gentle movement, stretches, and guided breath work.

 

Suitable for those with at least a little yoga experience, this all-level class combines flowing postures, breath work, and deep, juicy stretching of all major muscles and connective tissues to release tightness in your body.

 

Together we will target the muscles & deeper connective tissues of the body to increase flexibility and promote deep healing.
