I will spend 30 minutes with you via skype/FB/Zoom working on stretching techniques to improve your flexibility and balance that offer immediate and long-term benefits, including less pain, fewer injuries, and more self-confidence Simple stretching anytime during the day goes a long way towards getting your muscles ready for anything as well as your blood circulation. It's a great way to recharge and re-focus.
