This a great way to reduce depression, anxiety and get a new perspective on things that distress us. Experience the calming power of being mindful and still. This is a three week session with weekly 1 hour private sessions. Together, we practice simple meditation and breathing techniques to explore how our mind works as a foundation to achieve the insight to overcome our one’s own discontentment. The primary focus is to be "mindful and still" with nothing distracting or negative and simply focus on accepting our reality...which starts with being mindful of your body and thoughts....and your breath.
