Walking is a refreshing alternative to working out and you will no doubt see the benefits quicker than going to the gym.   Scientists at the University of Pittsburgh recently revealed that overweight people who walked briskly for 30 to 60 minutes a day lost weight even if they didn't change any other lifestyle habits.

JUST WALK 

Perfect for someone who just wants to walk and have accountability.  As long as you show up, we got you.  

​

WALKING & MEALS

Need a little help with your eating?  No problem.  This package includes a meal plan list (one week), whole foods list, printable food diary 

​

WALKING, MEALS & COACHING

Get two 30 minute one-on-one coaching sessions with me, together with customized weekly meal plans just of you (breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner), whole foods grocery list, printable food diary.

DETAILS & COST

 

Start Date:   Sunday, May 2, 2021

When:           Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays/Sundays  (more details will follow)

Duration:      7pm-8pm (Weekend times are at 8am)

Where:           Alternating between Ajax Lake Front Trails and track of Dennis O'Connor High School, Ajax

 

Please arrive at 6:45pm for warm up and pep-talk.   Bring a bottled Water and a light hoodie or sweater. 

​

COST  (Total of 16 Sessions)

Just Walk -- $112  (that's just $7/walk)

Walking & Meals -- $240

Walking, Custom Meals & Coaching -- $400

Payment accepted by e-tranfer or paypal invoice.  Registration is required prior to joining. 

If you join after the start date, applicable adjustments will be made.  Rain days will be re-scheduled.
