IT'S NOT THAT COMPLICATED

If you have a problem that is fixable, then you don't have a problem.

What I've come to realize is that life is really simple - we just seem to make it complicated. 


I am guilty of that because at one point in my life, everything that was happening to me seemed so complicated and stressful and I felt that my situation was worse than everyone else.  It took me a while to realize that all I was doing  was  putting a negative demand on my mind, body and spirit and not living my life authentically or with purpose.  I knew that in order to become a better version of myself and to truly "live a meaningful life", I had to make some lifestyle changes for myself or I would end up living with regret and disappointment.  That was my turning point which led me to where I am now. 


I had to take responsibility for my actions and most importantly, get clear about my vision.  This process led me to paths where I delved into and discovered the benefits of mindfulness and being centered.  I went through a period of spiritual growth through meditation, self-care, letting go of my fears and limited beliefs, to finally acceptance of who I really am.  As a result, I was able to open my mind to believing in myself more and taking steps to better care for myself. 

Health is a state of complete harmony of the body, mind and spirit... 

The journey has allowed me to see my true potential and how I could share it with others as they are on their own journey to become a better version of themselves.  My approach is simple... I am fueled with a passion for helping individuals to Live Well and to adapt and maintain a positive mindset towards life, their health and overall well being. 


As your coach, I will be your ally, helping you to find the motivation to achieve your highest level of health possible and to help you to make better general choices that fit your lifestyle. 

My experience has given me the tools to understand the principles of gaining clarity and motivation methods, positive psychological processes and adopting the skills for solution-focused approaches.  Together, we will explore the many  trans theoretical model of change as well as cognitive behavioural  approaches and the power of journaling.   Read more of my story here!
