These Vinyasa Flow Yoga Classes are suitable for all levels.
Enjoy an invigorating full-body flow where we will explore the yoga postures and fundamental principles of Vinyasa yoga.
We will practice mindful movement and explore slow flow sequences designed to help you release and let go of excess stress, as well as gain strength and flexibility.
Slow things down in restorative poses giving you the opportunity to tap into the healing potential of breath work and stillness of the body.
