Service Description

Spend 8 weeks with Wellness in Mind. This package is for individuals who are working on long-term goals and value extended coaching guidance and support. The package includes the following: • One 60 minute initial consultation • Seven 40-minute on-going sessions • Unlimited e-mail support during our two months of work together Note: After your initial consultation, you will need to book your eight remaining 40-minute on-going sessions. Speak to your coach to make the arrangements.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens. If for any reason you need to cancel, I will require 24 hours notice so that you do not get charged. Thank you!
