Service Description

If you're ready to do a big haul and start a clean slate, let's have some fun doing it, while you benefit from the lesson. Plus, it's a lot of fun to do. I will spend two hours with you in your kitchen where we look for and discuss the items in your cabinets and refrigerator that are unhealthy options. I will help you clean these items out of your home that can jeopardize you and your family’s health. We will discuss the difference between organic, natural and local. I will also help you to create a healthy grocery list and teach you how to restock your kitchen with healthy alternatives. We will also visit a local Farmer's Market or your local supermarket for a walk-through of the aisle so you get the hands-on experience of selecting and what I call "mindful shopping". This is a lot of fun and not to worry.... there is no judgment, but you will be surprised at what we will find.
