Are the classes Live?
No, all your classes are filmed and sent directly to your inbox 3x per week - allowing you to do them at your convenience.
How will I have access to the classes?
Each class will be sent to you via a private YouTube Link.
When does it start?
The sessions start in the Fall, but you will have access to them whenever you wish during the six week periiod.. However, after the six weeks, they will no longer be available.
How Long are each sessions?
Each session is 30 minutes in length.
Can I access the classes anytime?
Yes you will full have access to all classes during the six week period.
What do I need to have in order to do the classes?
All you need is your yoga mat, water and optional yoga block.
Can I contact the instructor during the 6 week period?
You absolutely can. Simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. I am going to be here to support you all the way.
