6 Week Full Body Yoga Classes
The practice of yoga has the power to engage you completely. It provides an entry point into experiencing unity of mind, body and soul.
Join me virtually for six weeks in a Vinyasa/Yin blend yoga class. Together, we will flow, sweat, develop strength, flexibility and balance and work on postures to align and recharge your energy and promote a sense of peace and well-being.
We will also incorporate meditation and breath-work to relax your mind and relieve tension.
